as lawn rollers go this seems to be a nice one..assembled easily and seems to be sturdy enough. nice water tight plug. says can also be filled with sand if you would like. did notice if left in sun can build up some pressure in the tank that might give the plug a bit of a pop when removing to empty for easy storage . i have always rented a roller before but now that i have room to store one this is nicer then the rented ones by far. no dents and no leaking.

Built an addition and garage over the winter and now I have two loads of topsoil and 22 tons of crushed rock to deal with. My yard is severely sloped so my 20 year old Craftsman mower has some issues pulling this up and down the grade but the roller does the job. On the more level areas, even on the crusher, it does very well. I had to add more water to get the desired weight but once I did I'm pleased with the result. Should work well in the spring!
