Based on reviews I purchased this item. What piece of junk. My power washer is rated @ 1750 psi. Water trickled out of the jets, no pressure. Using regular connections everything is great. Will return this to sears today.

This product is great! I have Kool Deck around my pool and every spring I have to clean it off. This is a very porous and heavily soiled area. The pressure washer with the normal tip takes practically the whole day, cleaning a 2 - 3 inch swath at a time. With the surface cleaner, I cleaned an area that would have taken well over 1/2 hour in less than 5 minutes. If you have concrete sidwalks, patios or decks to clean this is the tool you need. It works just like the video shows.

It used to take me about 5 hours to do my all driveway. I bought this product after trying it at Sears Demodays and i washed my all driveway in just an hour and half!

I bought this hoping it would clean half as well as my neighbor?s professional surface cleaner that I borrowed 6 years ago. Other than being smaller in diameter this cleaner worked as well as the professional model. I used it with a Generac 3000psi 2.7gpm pressure washer. My driveway is laid out in 12X12 sections, with this cleaner I was cleaning a section every 11 minutes. This was a very dirty drive. I was so impressed that I had to stop and take pictures, but I can?t add them here. The only drawback I found (if you can call it a drawback) is it leaves about an inch of area from any edge the cleaner hits. A neighbor came over while I was refilling the pressure washer with gas and ask about the surface cleaner. I offered to let him use it at his house, he declined the offer and went home and ordered one for himself. Hopefully this will last several seasons, if not I will buy another one of these when/if it breaks.

I just got this thinking if it helped a little I would be happy. It is about 10 times faster and does a great job. I have a huge drive way and a wrap a round deck. My family and I spent 5 days pressure washing the drive way and got only about half done. We finished in 5 hours with this. I love it!! This is a must have in the Pacific North West to get rid of moss.

I was skeptical based on the reviews that I read on this website of ordering this unit. However, I found it to be a joy to work with. I managed to do my entryway sidewalk, my two-car driveway, and since I live on the corner, the sidewalk in the front and partially is on the side in a little under two hours! A couple of tips: one. I found that if you turn the want upside down and use it a little bit like a push broom it works extremely well. I also found that it works a lot better if you use gravity and start from the top of the driveway and push down allowing the water to drain away. The only negative I have besides the cost, is the fact that the unit itself has no methodology for washing away what it has cleaned. Instead I had to disconnect my hose from my power washer and hose off the area twice in order to see what still needed to be treated again. This is not a fault of the unit mind you, but I wish some sort of a small water supply nozzle offshoot could be designed into the unit to allow you to spray the area clearing the debris away. I did find that I was able to pick the unit up a couple of times and allow the water from the unit to wash away some of the area but that methodology is a little bit unwieldy. I purchased this unit along with the quick connect wand ( 33") that is required for this unit and as such found it incredibly easy to assemble.as a side note, I wish the one was just a little bit longer as I am 6'2" and I still had to bend over just a little bit.I just recently finished pressure washing my fence in order to keep warm during that I wore my wetsuit and booties however with this unit you can wear just a regular bathing suit and even flip-flops and be just fine as you will stay mostly dry while completing your task with this unit. I hope the Black & Decker makes a replacement brush head for this unit. I do see that it looks like it's removable and hopefully they'll sell replacement as I can see this wearing down after a few years work. In summary this is an excellent unit and will cut down your time of completion probably in half if not greater. It is also so easy to use I had no trouble convincing myself to do the sidewalks in addition to the driveway.

After a fee useages the center started spraying and it left a track down the middle, I need new seats for it but can not fine any.

When the jets spin, it does a terrific job. I've used it less than one hour, and sometimes, not always, when the pressure is applied, the unit won't spin. Coaxing usually gets it to work, and I find that without pressure, the jets spin freely. Do I recommend this product? Not yet. I hope R&D from Briggs will go back to the drawing board and figure out what's wrong.

Takes about 1/4 of the amount of time to do my driveway with 1/10 of the effort. Great product at a great price. I was a little weary of the plastic body, but it does hold up.

Excellent for power washing your flat surfaces. Cuts thru dirt/mold/algae and your done in 1/3 of the time vs using the spray nozzel.
