So far, so good. I've only had it for a short time and used it once and it cleaned the siding on the house very well. Will be using it more next spring and looking forward to seeing how it does.
Dead on arrival. Called customer service and of course they are closed. Now how many of you primarily use equipment like this on the weekend? Yup, me too. Sunday afternoon all prepped to do some cleaning with my new pressure washer and... nope. Need I say really annoyed? So I call customer service to see if I'm overlooking something and if not, what now. Well I guess I've got to fit a call to customer service into my work day. Great! I wonder how long that will take. I have almost lost faith in the Craftsman name. They'll have one last chance to save it on Monday. I hope my experience with customer service goes better then I expect.
My Second time using, a nozzle malfunctioned. It will take 4 to 6 weeks to get a new one. I brought a different brand pressure washer & had the same problem with their nozzle. Which made me return it to buy this model. Sears & Craftsman were once known for quality products, now I wonder.
I bought this electric pressure washer because it seemed like all I was doing with my gas-powered washer was putting gas in it. The electric pressure washer worked great but after only approximately two hour of operation, it stopped working. I called the Craftsman helpline and told him what had happened. He walked me through some steps and concluded that the pump had gone bad. I took it back to Sears where I was given a full refund.

This pressure washer worked, but the pressure was not great enough to clean very deep. It took effort to hold the grip and spray, but even from close range the pressure did not feel much greater to me than that of a regular garden hose and a thumb. I would not recommend it.
It is pretty poorly made. Very cheap plastic. A turbo nozzle stopped working after about 15 min of usage. A high pressure hose is covered with really cheap and soft plastic, and got ripped really quickly. I didn't take chances, and took it back to the store. Unfortunately, this pressure washer didn't work for me.
I picked mine up last night and used it today to clean stains on my concrete from mulberries. It did pretty good, my concrete was very stained! It is not overly powerful so it takes a bit on each spot. I also cleaned the wall behind the washer and drier and a plastic tool box. It handled everything easily. I also cleaned my wheelchair which has not been cleaned since I got it 8 months ago. Speaking of easy I assembled it with one hand as I need to hold onto my wheelchair for balance. If I can do it with one hand everyone should be able to assemble it. It sores in the size of a a standup vacuum cleaner. It was fairly easy for me to move it around even though I am in a wheelchair. Size is a definite plus! Power is ok I have used much more powerful pressure washers but they are also larger and wont work for me anymore.
