Junk! Although it is rated for 600lbs, it bends in half when you go to dump loose dirt weighing way under this limit due to the very light polycarbonate used in its construction. Invest in a higher-grade model instead; don't be swayed by the "free with purchase" --- there is an obvious reason for Sears giving these away free. Instead ask that the $$ amount be applied towards the purchase of a better model. I was apprehensive when I got this one as it didn't appear quite sturdy but the sales person assured me it would work just fine. The same sales person was shocked when I returned it when he saw how the sides had bent. I repurchased the heavier duty polycarb trailer and am much happier with the results although that one doesn't dump completely due to the much deeper bed and you'll need to shovel out the remainder. Unfortunately the only other option Sears offers is the metal body, which the Sales person pointed out has raised bolts in the bed causing a shovel to get stuck on the bolts if you are using for that purpose. All-in-all none of the Sears models seem flawless so my advice is to shop around elsewhere and really know what you are planning on using the cart for and visualize it's use before purchase.Don't under any circumstances think the Sears low-end model will do much for you, other than perhaps be good for taking the kids for a ride around your property (just make sure they are small kids).

I read the reviews after my purchase and was concerned about the negative ones. Wrong. I have found this to be an excellent product. Easy to assemble and a use. The spring loaded hitch pin assures it will not come disconnected. I have hauled heavy full loads of top soil and sod without a problem. Cart dumps easily and the length of the tongue allows for easy backing. I consider it a better value than the competitive carts I considered.

Assembly instructions were complete; assembly was easy. Cart is good quality for the money paid. Good, after-sale customer service by the manufacturer.

Very sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. Great for hauling debris and lawn and garden supplies. Saves a lot of steps and makes my husband's life a bit easier.

We bought this cart for all purpose yard work and found it to be very lightweight and flimsy. We would only recommend using it for light weight hauling, i.e. leaves, grass clippings.

Easy to put together and very handy. I love the size and durability. I had thought about a metal square hauler, but decided on this one instead. And glad I did. NO dents, no rust and no rear 'door' to worry about not staying put in the long run. Good price and typical Sears/Craftman quailty...if it were only MADE IN THE USA all would be perfect!

Bought this to tow behind my ATV for a back yard stone project. I put 25 spade shovel fulls of 3/4"stone in the cart. As soon as I SLOWLY pulled away (on a slight grade) the dump latch released on it's own leaving a mess on my lawn. Strike 1. Loaded 25 more (Which by the way does not even come close to the advertised 600 lb max) pulled away. This time the latch held. When I went to dump the load the plastic folded leaving basically a semi-permanent crease in the plastic. Strike 2. When I loaded the 3rd load I noticed the brace that locked the dump latch was bent to the point of not locking. (I ended up having to put a bolt thru it to lock it down) Which now makes it a "No dump" cart. Strike 3. If your'e going to be just doing light-duty yard work i.e. mulch, flowers it will be fine. If you plan on doing anything w/ Stone,Dirt,Gravel etc step up to something heavy duty. The only reason I chose this one was because they advertised it a 600 lbs.

We just needed a simple garden hauler for "cheap". Nice to find one new... good value for the money. Sturdy, works as intended.

Parts that hold the axle in place appeared to be from another unit as they didn't even come close to fitting .... or perhaps the holes in the poly cart weren't drilled right....., so I had an adventure putting this baby together. It came for free with my tractor a little over a year ago, so I've got no recourse since I'm just now putting it together ... Had to make the best of it.. Shame on me for waiting to assemble it. Had to drill new holes through the poly for the back axle brace to retrofit the supplied axle supports by some 1.5 inches. Then had to hacksaw the brace in the front to enable the front hold down handle to latch up. Had to take about an inch off. Looks nice on the back of my 1 year old Craftsman Tractor, but VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL on what I was shipped ... Jeeze .. ... Shame on me for not taking it out of the box earlier when I would have had some recourse with Sears.

The cart is perfect for our yardwork here in moist Hawaii. It's light weight for a senior citizen yet strong enough to haul heaping loads of mulch or dirt around our acre lot. The cart is a perfect companion for our Craftsman 19.5 hp garden tractor
