10" Sanding Disk for Table Saw

Purchased this sanding disk for pen making. Could not find a good belt/disk sander at a reasonable price. Needed the disk sander only. This disk sander came with two sanding disks plus was a GREAT buy. works great with my old Sears table saw. $15.00 can beat this price.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

10 in. table saw sanding wheel

works well. I don't need a disc sander very often, but when I do, this is a very inexpensive and useful, general purpose add on for my table saw

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Excellent addition to your table saw

For those that don't have allot of space in their shop this wheel turns your table saw into a disk sander. Works great, good balance and long disk life. Great tool!

Craftsman 10 in. Table Saw Sanding Wheel

What a great alternative to having a sanding station! It only took a moment to remove the blade from the table saw and add the disc (already loaded with 80 and 100 grit paper) and it works great! We make pens and when we have the blanks cut to size and drilled for the barrel we need to square the blanks and remove any excess glue and this disc makes quick work of that process! We have also used it to square up pieces of wood used as corner braces for a table and to round pieces used for a shelf. Very versatile and new sanding discs are easy to come by and cheap!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great way to sand!

I bought this on sale because I don't have a sander.  For what it is this is a great way to take care of sanding rounded items to a line!  Dirt cheap compared to a dedicated sander but just as good!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

best sanding tool for the money.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD SANDING DISK FOR A LONG TIME . I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT TYPES, BUT NONE PERFORMED THE WAY I NEEDED. THEN I BOUGHT THIS ONE AND FOUND IT TO BE JUST WHAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR. IT'S VERY STURDY WITH VERY LITTLE TO NO FLECKING. IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

A great addition for your table saw

I have had the Sears 10" sanding disk for over 30 years, and no table saw should be without one. I have used it to trim and bevel both wood and plastic. What is really helpful is by using the two angle adjustments on your table saw you can shape, trim, and bevel wood to exact degree angles. This is easy way to make fine adjustments to the angle on moldings where walls are not square. The disk can also be used to do free hand sanding of curved pieces cut on a band saw or saber saw, and to help make exact fits on furnature pieces. Concerning the one poster who had trouble fitting the sanding disk into the blade opening. My sanding disk is a bit wider than the average 10" saw blade but I have had no trouble mounting it provided I use the correct spacers on my 5/8" arbor on my Sears table saw.

Sanding Wheel, almost a 5

Great addition to the table saw. The only thing keeping if from being a "5" is I had to very slightly enlarge the blade opening in the table to allow the wheel to slip in for installation.
