Would have been 5 stars if there had been at least one 1/2" extension. Even with the 1/2 -> 3/8" adapter and lifetime warranty there is nothing that replaces strength in size. A broken 3/8" means a trip back to the store instead of a completed project.

This is a great addition to your 3/8' and 1/4 ratchets. Comes with adapters for 1/2", that's fine but you'll want 1/2' extensions to use with a 1/2" ratchet, just makes sense to me. This gets a four star from me, because........ they are made in China. No Chinese "Craftsman" hand tool will ever get a 5 star rating from this guy. Have you seen the new Chinese "Craftsman" ratchets? Pathetic. If I wanna buy Chinese tools I'll shop at **************. But, even so, they are good quality, so well worth the sale price.

I have several socket sets from different manufacturers. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed how much heavier this set is compared to the other brands. Its got a solid feel that my other socket sets do not have. I have used the various extensions and adapters many times and I have not noticed any damage to the finish. Overall this is a high quality set.

With these adapters and extensions you can do pretty much anything you would ever need. You have enough extensions to get into almost any deep space. You also get three universal joints to get into those tight spaces or weird angles. They are all made of good quality and still look new after several uses
