Purchased this for my husband as a gift, wasn't sure it was what he needed/wanted but he has raved about it. And it had a couple tools in there he wanted but never thought he would buy.

This kit seamed like a great deal when I got it for under $50. That was until I tried to loosen the lug nuts on my car. I have a heavy duty air compressor and I turned the settings all the way up. This impact is useless for removing lug-nuts. I'm not sure what else it can be used for. I have tried the impact wrench on several different times with no luck. It can be used to put the lug-nuts on but then you better just use your lug wrench to do the final tightening as this item is useless for that also. The other problem is that if you install the threaded air fitting into the tools you can no longer use the case. They will not fit back into the case. I would not recommend this kit to anyone.

Impact is terrible. DO NOT buy this, pay more for a better gun. Bought on sale and it sat in my tool box for a year. First time I used it, after oiling it, it wouldn't even break lug nuts loose! Let alone ring gear bolts! I thought something was wrong with my compressor and checked it, nothing. And that is at max recommended pressure. Wish I would have read the reviews prior on here, I would have taken others advise and not purchased this. Highly disappointed and it was off warranty by the time I used it the first time. That is on me. Took it back to Sears anyhow hoping they would understand the situation. Told me I was out of luck. Do not waste your money on this impact. Nothing like spending money on a tool you can't use....

This was a door buster deal after Christmas and for 59 dollars is just fine. The impact wrench gets lug nuts loose, and the air ratchet works fine. I have no idea what to do with the air chisel but will try it on some rocks making a waterfall in the spring.
