Pretty good blower/vac for the price. I have a smaller yard, so having to keep it plugged in (as opposed to a gas powered one) isn't a real issue. It's powerful enough to blow any of the leaves, grass, etc I have to take care of. It's a little loud, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a blower/vac. The vac/mulching part seems to work ok, but the real test will come later this year when the leaves all fall. Pretty happy with my purchase
Was pretty good at first. Then started heating up at the plug and started smoking. Got hot enough to melt the plug. This was with a 12 gauge extension cord, not some cheap cord. Not the only person who has had problems with shorting. I'd think twice before buying one of these.
Bought for Father's Day Good quality blower. After looking around at other stores and brands I found this one at a great price. Craftsman is a reliable brand. The only negative is that it needs a power cord that wasn't included
First, I should state that I have only used this product twice. I'm only writing this early review for the bonus points offered to do so. So far, so good. I haven't even tried the vacuum feature.

I purchased this on sale to replace a Toro that failed within 2 years. This is a basic light duty 2-speed unit. My first use was surprising as it wouldn't even blow away wet grass clippings from my walks. I decided to remove the blower tube concentrator and that increased the usefulness. It is still a very low level tool with limited blowing power. I doubt it will have any vac power and will probably need to purchase a more powerful unit before the fall.
I was paying professionals more in 1 month for about 20 minutes of work than this blower/vac cost on sale. I bought it for myself for my birthday. I didn't want anything fancy or expensive. Just blow some leaves to a pile and suck it up. It works for what I want. The key is just to work with the angle you point it to figure out how it works best for what your blowing. I would recommend to heed the instructions of wearing goggles/glasses because you will kick up dust and small particles that will make a beeline for your eyes. Yes, I learned that the hard way;)
It is not too noisy and is handy to use. The cord on it could be a bit longer so it is easier to tie a knot with the extension cord which can come unplugged easily.

This item worked well for what we purchased it for which was to clean off our patio and garage. It is not too heavy and had several nice attachments. It was a good value for the price.
