You'll be surprised how often you use this hammer when in your toolbox.

Tired of using my claw hammer to bend, shape or coax metal on which I am working. Bought this ball pein hammer as a substitute. Much more compact blows; don't have to worry about scarring the hammer face; does not take up much room in (or add much weight to) my carry-around tool tote.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Lifetime investment

This is a replacement hammer, I lost my original hammer. This is a good size hammer for general metal work. Once you purchase one, providing it is not lost or stolen, this hammer will last you a long time. This maybe your last ball peen hammer you purchase. A worthwhile investment to your hand tool collection.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

First Ball Pein Hammer

I had various hammers before, but never a ball pein hammer. This hammer was affordable and well built. I find myself using it over many other hammers.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Hammer is of Average Quality

The head of the hammer is its best attribute -- the wood looks a bit cheap. The "Craftsman" logo is stamped on with ink and wasn't complete on my handle. The good thing is, the head is made in the USA!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great Hammer!

This hammer is great! Just what I've been looking for. I'm a student as well as a hobbyist and this hammer is the perfect size for the smaller metalwork that I do.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Good solid hammer,

What can I say ? It's a hammer. I use it every day at work and it does what it's supposed to. Build quality is excellent. The stain on the handle and the black head is a nice touch.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great hammer

I've had this almost twenty years. It's great for hitting things. I don't think I've ever found a real use for the ball end. In all the years I've owned it, the head is still tight. The handle has a couple blemishes from missed swings. Recently, I upgraded to a Stanley fiberglass sixteen ounce hammer and put this one in the tool box I keep in my truck. It's a great twelve ounce hammer.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Ball Pein Hammer

I never really knew what a ball peen hammer was really good for growing up and then I started doing body work on classic muscle cars!  For $15 this 12 ounce hammer is perfect for tapping out small dents or for shaping new body panels!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
