Required for use with Impact driver

When loosening or tightening with an Impact driver, it is required to use Impact ready sockets and other attachments. These, with their lifetime guarantee, will ensure they will always be in my sons tool box.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall

Good but made in China

I just picked up this set and the SAE set. The fit and finish are what I expect from Craftsman, and I'm not worried about the quality. Perhaps older stock was still made in the USA, but both of the sets I purchased online and picked up in store are labeled made in China (on packaging only). I got a great deal, and I'm sure this set will serve me well. However, I am disappointed that another Craftsman product is being produced overseas. I guess you have to read the labels at the store these days to know where Craftsman tools are made.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

great, strong tools

These are fantastic!!! Great, strong tools which have never let me down.

I most often use them with a breaker bar instead of an impact gun - and they work great.

I would however, recommend getting the deep sockets if you want them for your lug-nuts. I purchased a single 21mm deep impact socket for all my Toyota / Lexus vehicles.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall

Strong sockets, not deep enough

These are great impact sockets, with the caviot that they are not deep enough. I understand that they are not deep sockets, but they are only ~.5" deep, most other short impact sockets I have seen are deeper then this. They are not deep enough to safely use on my cars closed end lugnuts. (for reference regular short sockets are ~.8" deep)

As long as you can live with the fairly shallow sockets, these are great!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
