This battery is a complete waste of money. I've used three of these with my Craftsman 12-Volt 3/8" drill and they are all worthless. The drill came with two batteries that did not last. I bought a third after a Sears clerk assured me these replacements were different and would hold a charge better. I've been careful to properly cycle and fully charge the batteries, yet none of the batteries will hold a charge. When unused for a couple days, the fully charged batteries don't even last two minutes! They work best if you have them in the charger overnight just before a job, but then they still only last fifteen minutes or so.
Stay away from the Craftsman 12-Volt drills and batteries--they are the worst purchase I've made from Sears.
