Good bye old bulb work lights
I bought this when it was on a super 1/2 off sale and have used it several times since then. I find my self reaching for this more than a flashlight whenever I have to do a job of any size. Great light, very light and easy to use, much safer than the old bulb work lights as it doesn't get hot, nice long chord. I've actually gone back and bought a few more just to keep one in the garage and one in the basement!

I bought this light because my husband wanted a new light for the garage... Turns out he's complained about it for the last year!! He said the magnet fell off the insides are floppng all over and the light just isn't bright enough.. So I guess I head back to Sears to buy a bigger and better light.

Great light for shop or car work

This is a great light that I use when working on my vehicles. It puts out plenty of light and can travel 10' from your wall plate. Works fantastic with the Work Light Magnetic Clip. Could have purchased several of these lights with all the costs of those light bulbs that would go out with a slight bump.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Built tough!

I've used this light for years and have been hard on it.  After dropping it, banging it on stuff, using in in the rain, and just generally being extrememly hard on it.  The light keeps coming on and working great.  I've powered this light off of a 750 watt modified sine wave power inverter in my car for years and it always works.  The only problem I've had is that the cord pulled out of the end of the handle, which I fixed with a little black tape.  The light is really bright and I've never had to replace the bulb.  The size of the light allows you to put it down in the engine bay where you need light and the tough exterior doesn't crack or break.  I highly recommend this work light.

Craftsman work light is hard to use

This work light is hard to use with one hand. You need both hands to hook the light because it is loose, doen't stay up. You have to put tools down everytime you change the position of the light. It is frustrating. The light is bright. But a design of hook should be improved.

A tool you will use every day

I have worked on aircraft and cars for many years.  Very few tools that I own can I identify that I have used almost every working day but this drop light is one.  Invariably, engine compartments, flight control junctions, electronics suites, suspension parts are all buried in dark, hard to reach corners of the aircraft or car.  You need to flood the area with light to be able to see how everything is situated.  This traditional "drop light" is the light you will always find fills that bill.  You may still need a flashlight to spotlight specific parts or fasteners but this light will enable you seeing everything.

Great Light, Second one I have owned the first lasted 8 years.

Great Light. Second one I have owned and the first lasted 8 years before my Jeep flattened it. The outlet on the light body is awesome and I use it all the time under my project vehicles and it provides light and a power source.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
