I originally bought a Craftsman Hammer in the mid 1980s. About 25 years later, while pulling a nail, one of the claws broke. Walked into Sears, held it up and the salesman pulled one off the rack and apologized for the inconvenience. I told him that the original lasted over 20 years and was happy with the replacement. I love the Craftsman replacement warranty.

Well balanced, good grip, and the mini claw is good for pulling small nails. I like Craftsmans' lifetime warranty.

I purchased this Craftsman curved claw hammer as an addition to the tools. This hammer is balanced pretty well. Third Claw? pulls nails in tight places. Rib reinforced claws add strength. synthetic rubber grip has chevrons for comfort. Head weight 16 oz., 13 in. handle length. This is a nice hammer and I would recommend this for the DIYer.

I went to Sears and purchased this hammer because I was looking for a good quality USA made tool that had a forever guarantee and Craftsman delivers. I did notice, however, that many of their tools are not being made in China and this was discouraging.

Surprisingly ligthweight with a sturdy head. Grip is good and will not slip. Decent price. Not a fan of the color, but it does the job just fine.

I used this hammer on my farm for two weekends in a row. Never got tired. Never missed a stroke. The fence looks great...and now I'm headed towards the roof of the barn! This 16 oz. hammer is evenly weighted...has the necessary weight behind the head...and a decent-size claw to pull-out embedded nails. A great tool at a great price. Thanks!

I bought a wonderful claw hammer for my husband at my local Sears and he loved it!! He uses it all the time with his projects and I even find it fun to use as well!!

This is a great hammer. It's just heavy enough to do a good job but not so heavy that it makes my arm tired. We used two of them to tear apart our deck and the claw did a good job of pulling the nails out. We have had another one for years and it is still in good shape...indestructable!

I recently had to replace my craftsman hammer when a relative working at my house accidentally left with my old one. These tools last forever and stay in wonderful shape. Of course I picked up another Craftsman.
