Great little mower.
This mower was easy to assemble - although the instructions are just pictures. I got it for my 70+ yrd old mother and she loves it. She can mow her own lawn again because she doesn't have to pull start this mower.

Dead on arrival, no replacement parts
I think the following is pretty "focused on the product and its features" as it is. Sounds more like you don't want customers to know that they won't be able to get replacement parts for this mower. This mower arrived with both left and right height adjustment brackets snapped in half. I asked Sears to replace those two parts. Instead they tell me I have to return the whole lawn mower because they don't sell that replacement part. No thanks, Sears, I'll take my refund instead of a replacement. I don't want a lawn mower with essential parts that are fragile, plastic, and non-replaceable.

wanted to love this mower

Got this for my son to use this summer. LOVE that it doesn't require gas or starting up and is great for the environment too! Even has a safety guard where you cant pull the blades backwards onto you. But...the very first time it was pushed, the little plastic pieces all broke off to adjust the height. If more of those plastic pieces were metal, it would be fantastic. the good side is Sears took it back with no problems. That makes me a happy shopper!

Works well for small areas

This mower works well for small flat areas. Nothing fancy just a quick and easy push mower.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Required more work than expected

I bought this push lawn mower thinking that I will also get exercise when mowing my lawn. It worked OK if the grass is not tall. Other than that it required more work than I expected. I had to return the product.

Works great!

I just moved to Texas from Arizona so I didn't own a lot of lawn care equipment. I have a small yard and this little mower works great. My 13 year old son uses it twice a week just because he "likes how easy it is to push"

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Good for a small yard

I bought this because I live in a town house and only have a small yard. Plus it had to fit through our back door on the garage so a larger mower wouldn't work too well. Not sure yet how long the blade will keep a shap edge though, only time will tell.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great little push mower!

We got this mower because the price was right. It is easy to use and the bag is great. We have enjoyed using the mower as it is hard for me to start and push the heavy mowers. We highly recommend.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Mower

Bought this for a light weight mower. Works great, but the grass catcher doesn't stay connected.

Dont bother

Mower is useless. After going up and down the row 4 times i gave up. You could not even tell the grass was cut. Tall grass was pushed down and mower went right over it, even after repeated passes. Its going back to the store.
