The 1st one was okay until hand broke off the body. It's very poorly designed. I exchanged it for another of the same, with some slight improvements to the plastic parts/handle in this 2nd one. I spend too much time putting the thing together, (again!) try to use it, and it doesn't work!!!!!!! The GFCI trips immediately! I think it could be as simple as a bad plug. But I'm just returning it. It's new. It should be perfect.

We need to clean the stuff off our Homes often and having our very own and getting it from Sears is the best ever. Thanks so much for the wonderful product and I hope it lasts a long time! Glenn & Judy Kimes

Took 15 minutes to assemble only needed a phillips screwdriver. Not to powerful, cleaned my wood deck OK, Pavers so-so. Again in this price range it's not a bad deal. I would not use this for heavy continous work. This machine is definately light duty. It couldnt take prolonged use. I purchased it because of the price,Sears is close to me and I needed one immediatley. I had a Karcher for many years that was awesome until it died. If I could have waited I would have ordered the Karcher for $100 more.
although the electric washer is convenient in that it does not use gasoline it could have been a bit more powerful, i.e.; about 2000 to 2200PSI. It does a reasonably good job
i gave it one star just cause i had to, poor craftsman ship and design , not sturdy hose wind up and cord akward, cant use extension cord . definatley retuning tommorw . i made the mistake of getting an elictrical outdoor tool , last mistake i made go gas all the way
So I bought this item to pressure clean my pavers on my pool deck. Not only did it clean the mildew but it also was powerful enough to take out small weeds in between them. My back looks brand new again and I used this item now stop for about 2.5 hours. I highly recommend!
I did a LOT of research, and finally with my questions in hand went to Sears and bought this pressure washer. I've used it on the deck, the cement front entrance, side of the house, and a host of other areas and I LOVE IT! Perfect amount of power for the type of smaller jobs I have, and it just runs and runs.
This pressure washer is 99% plastic, it took an hour to put together. Followed all directions for testing, it ran two seconds and died. This is very frustrating because now I will have to drag it all back to Sears to get a refund.

So far it seems decent. A little tough to work??? Once the sprayer kept cutting off but eventually it worked again! I hope it last because it can power wash great!
