excellent product!
I did a LOT of research, and finally with my questions in hand went to Sears and bought this pressure washer. I've used it on the deck, the cement front entrance, side of the house, and a host of other areas and I LOVE IT! Perfect amount of power for the type of smaller jobs I have, and it just runs and runs.

OK for very light-duty cleaning, not much else
As long as you set your expectations accordingly, you will not be disappointed. Like virtually all electric pressure washers, this unit is underpowered and not capable of cleaning much beyond the very basic dirt & grime from your car or walkway. It's better than using a standard garden hose and spray nozzle, but not by much. If you want to clean more, such as vinyl siding, decks, fences, and so on, you will have to buy a more powerful gas unit. The turbo nozzle is a disappointment - it doesn't actually 'spin' the stream of water as one would expect, and you have to practically touch the surface you are cleaning to see any real results. The overall construction is on par with most other brands - one of my wheels keeps falling off due to a poorly-formed tab though. They are constructed of a thin plastic material with an oddly-textured rubberized "skin" wrapped around the outside, and simply snap in place by means of a few plastic tabs. I'm sure, if left on a hot surface, such as a driveway , for any length of time, that rubbery wheel skin would melt. They are designed more as a support than to function as an actual wheel. The hose is covered with a rigid plastic coating that makes it impossible to straighten out during use, and will likely crack and begin to peel after a few dozen uses. The hose reel is OK. It's only designed to hold the hose, so you have to uncouple the hose from the body of the washer to reel it back up. There is no convenient storage hook for the power cord, so that has to drape messily across or over the unit when it's being stored. The unit is pretty light though, so carrying it around (necessary due to the improperly functioning wheels) is pretty easy. Surprisingly, it only leaks a little from the front hose coupling. Overall, it's no better or worse than any other electric power washer. If you want real cleaning power though, and the flexibility to clean a lot more of your "stuff", you will have to pass on this and buy a gas unit.

Excellent so far!

So I bought this item to pressure clean my pavers on my pool deck. Not only did it clean the mildew but it also was powerful enough to take out small weeds in between them. My back looks brand new again and I used this item now stop for about 2.5 hours. I highly recommend!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Ran two seconds and died.

This pressure washer is 99% plastic, it took an hour to put together. Followed all directions for testing, it ran two seconds and died. This is very frustrating because now I will have to drag it all back to Sears to get a refund.

Poorly made

Did work fine first season- but internal hose leaks so no pressure- and sears wants $40 non refund to look at it and diagnose.. Spend more and get something more reliable!

So far it seems decent. A little tough to work??? Once the sprayer kept cutting off but eventually it worked again! I hope it last because it can power wash great!

Overall
Worth the price. No more hassle starting gas powered pressure washer.

No problems with easy assembly. Worked fantastic for six months of very hard home pressure cleaning. When I attempted to start the last time, the GFI circuit would not permit start. I returned it to Sears and was told that Sears does not repair electric pressure washers but since it was under a one year manufacturer warranty - all charges were refunded with no hassle. I then purchased the 1700 psi combo steam cleaning unit. I personally did not like the comparison since it did not have an adjustable wand and the supplied nozzle tips had to be changed back and forth. The steam supply was sufficient for small cleaning tasks. I returned it after initial use and again, no questions - full refund. Now, back to the original 1700 1.3 gpm unit. I recommend it highly.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
pressure washer cheap construction

used it for approx 2 hrs. inside the nozzlehead is a cheap plastic diverter which causes thestream , water pressure broke the diverter . after the second time i returned it . luckily it was withun the 90 day return period. if this piece which is the size of a quarter was made of metal it would be ok. this design will only keep on breaking.
