Overall

17mm allen wrench

I have looked high and low, turning every stone over to get a 17mm allen wrench to take the drain plug out of the manual transmission of my 2011 Jeep Call of Duty. I went to the Sears online store and BAM...they have it. Nothing works better than the right tool for the job and for my money and nothing beats Craftsman!

Used on 2000 Jetta GLX 5-speed transmission

Used to open and shut the manual transmission case to change the "lifetime" man. transmission oil. A lot better than trying two nuts on a 10mm bolt to get off those heads. Made the job a cinch.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall

17mm Allen wrench not found anywhere else

Needed 17mm allen wrench immediately to fix front axel on car. Called at least 6 auto parts and could not find one. Gave Sears a call, super clerk, knew exactly what we needed, super service, was back and had fixed axel in no time. Sears will be the first to call next time.

Overall

The 17mm hex key is strong and durable.

This was the tool I needed to complete a job. No where else I searched in my local area had one, but Sears could get one faster than anyone else. It worked perfectly for the job I needed it for.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall

Just what I needed!

I have a 1983 Porsche 944 which requires a 17mm allen key for the transmission drain plugs. I was dreading the possibility of having to buy a whole set of allens just to get the right one. Went to Sears in Nashua, NH... bingo! It was the last one they had, but for $8.99 it was a killer bargain! At home, I even had a metal pipe I could use with it for extra leverage, and the job nearly completed itself! I will ALWAYS buy Craftsman! I'm 20 and starting to accumulate tools for my early adulthood, and so far, Sears has never let me down!!!
