It is light weight and easy to handle and load. I used about 100 1" nails without a misfire. The case is very flimsy. For the price it is OK,

very handy for small projects. only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the nailer/stapler feature not being interchangeable. the same chamber holds both nails and staples with no head change and because of this when you use the nail feature, it creats an indentation where the second flange of the staple would have gone thus creating two indentations for each nail used. had i known this i would have bought two separate tools.

Used to install underlayment for a new laminate floor. Put in over 3500 staples in less than two hours and never had a miss fire. Worked flawlessly.

I used the nailer to redo some closet doors. I was dreading the job and had put it off for years as I did not want to pound all thoseI nails. This device made the job so easy Iwas able to save some of my weekend for fun stuff. I was so impressed I bought one for my parents to use.

This Craftsman nailer/stapler does a great job; I've run through a couple boxes of staples/nails and haven't a jam yet. It is really a time saver, don't know why I waited so long before I got it. Is also very light so you don't get fatigued as quickly. I am very happy with its overall performance.

Stapler works great; I am putting a subfloor into a restaurant and have had no issues with it. In addition to Sears/Craftsman staples, bostitch work just fine. Chuck R

I bought one of Craftsman nailers these a year or so ago and have used it on many DIY projects, including nailing up the slats on a dog fence, and toe-nailing 3/4 inch hardwood flooring. In each case it's done the job I expected (held work securely, and was easy to use). Another plus is that it is real easy to load the brads/staples.

I just finished a major project with this gun- I drove 1,700 staples this weekend without a single misfire or jam. It is simple to use right out of the box. Easy to load, too. The versatility of being able to use both staples and nails in one tool saves money, and precious workshop space, too! I would highly recommend this tool to anyone.
