I have three of these 18 volt batteries. Two have been excellent and continue to perform well however one of them continues to cause trouble and will be returned shourly. One had some connection issues inside. It will randomly lose connection and not power my impact gun which is annoying. They are expensive also which is tough. My sears hardware store advertises them for 92.59 and they are 69.99 online or in any other sears store, so evertime i need one i have to bring in the ad to get the correct price. Otherwise i am happy with the battery as they last a long time.

I bought a drill and flashlight and 2 batteries. The drills and flashlight are ok, but the batteries do not hold a charge. It will cost me $70.00 to replace 1 battery. I will be better off buying a competitors brand and throw these away. What a waste of money!!!! Bob Peoria, IL

Total waste of money. I only used it a few times (probably should have used it daily, but how much wood can you cut?) It won't hold a charge and a replacement battery pack costs more than a comparable new saw/battery/charger/case.

I have four 18 volt batteries for my drill and 3 will no longer take a charge. What a waste of my money. I had the same drill at work with 2 batteries and one of them lasted no time at all. They just die and will not take a charge. Very expensive to replace so I will just buy another brand from now on. Sears customer service in Lacey, Washington is the poorest that I have seen at a Sears store.

I am highly pleased with my 18v craftsman cordless drill. The batteries that came with my drill have been outstanding. I use my drill at least five hours a day and the charge on these batteries last very long. I am also very pleased with on-line customer service for sears. If I have a question, they are prompt to find it out and get back with me quickly. Thank-you Sears and customer service.
