Great price for a great item. This Craftsman evolv 12 amp saw is a very good item to have. Ive never owned a saw so didn't really know what type I would need. After being helped buy a great salesperson it was this one that made it home. It is light, powerful and very handy. I love that it still carries the Craftsman name. This cut all the plywood and 2 by 4s for the fort I made my kids.
the saw works well but as soon as your blade gets the least bit dull it kicks like a mule, never had that problem with other circular saws, but as long as you have a new blade works very well,

Light weight and is almost self propelled. The saw blade that comes on it is not meant to cut with fine lines. A smaller toothed blade would have been nice on it. Just buy one separate and use it.

I have has a craftsman circular saw for about 20 years and haven't had a problem can't get the part needed or would fix it. Got this saw because it was lighter harder to hold the heavier ones at my age. Has problem cutting thin plywood takes forever, would not buy again would get the heavier one.

Saw itself works great. The saw blade that came with it did not cut through wood, it just burned slowly through the wood. Once I replaced it with a different name brand it worked just fine.
