Handle way too short, saddle way too small, etc etc.. Go ahead and pay the extra $80 to get the 3 ton craftsman with 2 jack stands and a creeper for $149.

I used this jack and stands on my Saturn sedan and my wife's Jeep Liberty for oil changes and other light maintenance. It worked fine at first, but after the one year mark it stopped lifting one corner of the Jeep. I replaced the hydraulic oil as per the maintenance section of the user manual, purged the air and topped off the oil case but it still will not lift the car. The manual points to a bad power unit which they sell for $65. The fact that I can buy a new jack with two jack stands for $60 but the power unit alone is $65 is amusing to me. The bottom line is that this jack was not built to last, which is not what I have come to expect from the Craftsman name. On a side note, I've had no issue with the jack stands.

I will use these tools 3 - 4 times a year and this will work just fine for that. I would not recommend this set to a pro. Another user mentioned that the jack rapidly lowers once the release valve is opened. That is correct, but I don't see that being a problem or disadvantage for me. I usually buy made in the US, which isn't easy these days. This is Made in China, which is pretty noticeable looking at the welds, etc.

This is a good set for light duty work. I have used the jack and stands on a '67 Mustang and the jack lifts good and the stands hold well for light work. Dont expect this to be professional grade. I have also used both items for odd jobs around the house and I am looking forward to years of service.
