Maybe the most used single tool I own

Many years ago in my trade career I discovered these magnetic extensions and have never been without them since.

I have built many pieces and done numerous repairs using screws instead of nails. In the past I had only a tip in my drill matching the head type and it always seemed like I needed one more hand. One hand tightly held two pieces in alignment, the other needed to hold and position the drill AND hold the screw so it didn't fall away.

I came across these magnetic extensions and my dilemma was solved because the extensions magnet held the screw. With this tool the two hands GOD supplied are enough !

In addition to holding your screw to itself; changing the tips from type to type is a instant affair. Your tip also is held by magnet and has a little compression ring holding it in snugly. Grasp the end and pull it out and insert the new over and over all day if needed. No more need to carry multiple screwdrivers.

In addition in a pinch the extension itself is a 1/4 inch nutdriver.

To ease and speed your work buy a couple of these extensions, collect every type tip you see because you will one day need it. Store them in an old aspirin bottle for organization and enjoy the comfort of working with job specific tools.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Makes life easy for only four bucks

I'm so glad that I picked up one of these as an impulse purchase while at Sears.  I knew I was about to be putting together a bunch of tables and benches and would be replacing bits as they wore out obviously.  With this, it was pull and switch all day long with the easiest switching of tips you could ever ask for while on the job.  You also don't lose any of the torque that you'd expect using quick connect set ups like this either, the bit sets in real nice against the magnet and you just get going on the job.

Real nice little gift to get someone that you know is constantly changing out the bits while doing their projects.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

The standard of the industry....

Keeping it simple, keeps me coming back to find exactly what I am looking for.

Tools that are in stock and the quality expected from one of the oldest hardware suppliers in the country.

Only to be out done by their own inventiveness on improving tools to make the task  easier.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
