Overall

Only Sears would come up with a proprietary INDAK key

If you're missing your key and need a new one, this will do the job. Of course, it's just an INDAK key (pretty much the universal standard key for mowers) on an extended shaft. I'd have much preferred to use a standard INDAK key, of which I have several of, rather than having to make a special trip to buy these because the switch is recessed so far it makes these long shafted keys a necessity.
