I bought these for my little impact driver and they have worked out just as they should, haven't broke or anything but I prefer to buy tools and products made in the USA, especially when most of the other tools made by Craftsman are. If they were made in the USA and not outsourced to be cheaper, I would have given them 5 stars.

This is the better adapter set to purchase for a cordless impact. I tried the HF, they borke. I tried the sears, and they are working perfect. The best part is that they are the same price as the HF brand. Sears offten has better prices than HF, dont fall for the marketing sceem

Craftsman 2 pc. Socket Adapter Set was purchased to use with my C3 impact driver. It works fantastic. When I was working on a fence in my back yard and driving lag bolts in some 4x4 wooden fence post, I grabbed my C3 Craftsman Impact Driver and lithium ion battery and inserted the 3/8" socket adapter and slapped on a 7/16" socket and I installed 2-gates and some potted plant hangers on the fence. This adapter worked great. Held my sockets very well and did everything I needed and no issues. I use the 1/4" adapter when I am driving sheet metal screws or tearing down small yard equipment. I like these adapaters better than I do nut driver sets, becuase I dont's have to unchuck my bit set each time that I need a different size nut driver bit. I can use these socket adapters and chuck them down and just change my sockets as I need them and not hav eto worry about the chuck again.

This product is very easy to use in an my Craftsman impact driver. It slips right into place and doesn't slip. It works with all 1/4 and 3/8 drive sockets. I'm very happy I purchased this. I am hoping that it will allow me to drive in lag screws with ease.

Bought this Craftsman 2 pc. Socket Adapter Set without really having a purpose for it, just to round out my collection. They serve their purpose, by allowing me to use my mechanics sockets in my little cordless screwdriver. It's convenient to have this option when doing some light work around the house. Also great for starting out a long bolt using a cordless screwdriver. My beef is this does not carry the lifetime warranty. Their socket adapters do. Why not these? This isn't a "wear item". I just makes me use them more gingerly.
