Nice way to keep my Sockets where I can find them

These work great for keeping my sockets organized. The rail is kind of flimsy and easy to bend but also easy to bend back into shape. I'm hard on my tools though so take that with a grain of salt.

This rack is great for your toolbox. It holds a large amount of sockets on the rack. You can put most if not all of each type of socket types you have (all 6 pts together, 12, metric, standard, etc...) This allows for taking the whole rack with you versus walking back and forth with individual sockets. Not worth a full 5 stars due to sometimes the larger sockets don't stay on very well during handling of rack. That's why I believe this rack is for the Shade Tree Mechanic versus the professional where more use is needed. Always buy on sears.com as tools are always cheaper. Purchase online, pick up in store free. Also, buy this two pack set on holidays when it goes down to half price.

Nothing special, just a good rack to keep things organized.

I purchased 3 sets! All brands of sockets, including craftsman, do not fit into the holders without extreme force. I don't know what these folks on here are talking about these fitting. It must be their first socket holders. The plating on the holders peel off the first time I put these on. I compared these to the $1 sockets holders and found that, while the rails are the same, the holders on the craftsmans are overly wide and firm that it will not flex hit the sockets. Other holders snap then they lock onto the sockets, these do not. I used the holders on the $1 item on the craftsman rails and they fit and work perfectly. You will definitely damage your sockets with these.

I kept trying to figure out how to organize my sockets that are infrequently used. I'm not talking about my six point sockets that I use frequently, but rather my impact swivel socket sets, torx sockets, allen sockets, e-drive, and so on. What a mess it was to have all those scattered about in a drawer, yet at the same time I didn't want to spend $$$$ to organize a drawer that isn't used so much. This is the perfect solution! I purchased these on sale, so now I have organized sockets at a minimal cost. Now let me address some of the weaknesses. First is the length of the rail. The rail is too long to comfortably fit in Craftsman toolboxes. A definite drawback, but for my use not a major problem, since finding the right rack is much better than the alternative. Other reviewers have commented on the clips. The clips, when new, secure the sockets very nicely. Sure you will need to rock the socket back and forth a bit, but it's better than too loose.

Finally got tired of looking for one socket I needed out of a drawer full of them so I went and grabbed this 2 pack organizer. It is what it is its purpose is to hold your sockets and that is what it does the rail should be about two inches longer though I could only get thirteen sockets to fit on mine as close together as I could get them but it wasn't a big deal to me. Great way to organize your sockets. A little heads up before you get them it is a tight fit getting the sockets on and off the clips so you aren't surprised when you first use it. If you think that will bother you I would go the magnetic organizer route.

I bought these for my workplace. We have a few of those all in one tool sets. The sockets got disorganized, the case was ran over by a large forklift... These were the cheap solution and they worked beautifully. I also like that you can take what you need and not the rest.
