This is a great variation of "the little set we all started with." When I bought my variation of this set in the early 60's we only had SAE standard sockets to deal with. Today, much of what we buy is constructed with metric fasteners so you really need a set that has both SAE and metric sockets. This set includes a short extension wich is a needed accessory. This set will allow you to work on your car, fix stuff at home, work on your RV.
