Just what I was looking for.
I am not physically able to do my bushes anymore, so I had to get a new trimmer for my brother-in-law to use and they were perfect! I am always satisfied with Craftsman and that's why I go to Sear's first, when I need things like the trimmer. Thanks Sear's!

Works Well... It's Average
I've used far more expensive units and they tend to be quieter and have stronger torque capabilities, but this is average... it works just fine. It's surprisingly loud, though. Also, I'm not sure if the manual suggests this, but I'd put some bar/chain oil on the metal before the first use. I started mine up and it made some initial metal scrape/squeal sounds (just for a couple seconds). That stopped, but I rubbed on some oil real quick and it operated much quieter. It cuts through pretty much any branch that fits in the slats and that's what it's supposed to do, right? It doesn't weigh any more or less than what I'm used to. Handle is sturdy enough. It's an average unit. I recommend it.

AVG Trimmer

there are a few design flaws but you get what you pay for. Most times you might need a few passes to get everything to cut but it does the job for the people looking for a budget hedger

Great Trimmer

Had these two overgrown bushes in front of the house. was concerned the limbs would damage the blade, but no problems. Cut right through it. Would recommend.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
sears hedge trimmer

This product is very light and I wondered if it would work.  I checked out a YouTube review first.  Works great.  Cuts through most things you have at home.  Certainly beats using a manual one.  Makes things a lot faster.  Got it on sale, hard to beat.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Works very well

This is the first trimmer I have purchased and only the second I have used. I was hesitant to get a plug in one but it has worked out well. The spot to loop the cord so it doesn't unplug when you pull on it works wonders. It also cut much larger branches then I expected. I would recommend this.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
This was a very good purchase, it works very well and was worth very penny.

The trimmer is very light, it can be used with one hand, although I don't recommend it, you might end up with one hand. it is quiet and cut branches thicker than I expected. again that might not be a good idea, but you could.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
