Blade works fine. I was suprised to see just how much smaller the new blade was than the original that came on the mower. It wasn't as thick or wide.

I actually bent my previous blade on lack of rear discharge and cutting wet grass. Bought this blade at local store and was pleased. Real Easy to install and no more mower deck vibration after replacing the bent blade.

Purchased a craftsman pushmower a couple years ago, and the mower runs great but the deck is very thin steel and flexes too much. I have purchased several of these blades in the last two years and they DO NOT LAST! The smallest root or rock bends them to the point they are no longer usable. They also do not hold an edge, when one actually lasts more than a couple rounds it has to be sharpened or i get a terrible looking lawn. I have been told they are suppose to bend to protect the engine, what a load of crap. I will not purchase another craftsman mower and if i can find an aftermarket blade to use, i will start using them as well. NOTE TO SEARS, if you sell a product at a premium price make sure you actually have a premium product, otherwise change your sign to ******** and keep selling junk.

This replacement blade was exactly what I needed! After sharpening the original blade over the years and attempting to keep it balanced ... I finally noticed that my mower wasn't giving me the same cut as it used to. When the balde was replaced ... it was like I was using a brand new mower. In addition, the price I found online was a "steel" of a deal.
