Mower works fine... BUT, upon removing from shipping carton, found one of the carriage bolts from where the handle assembly pivots was missing. Bought one at hardware store for $0.17. Not EXACTLY the same size... we'll see how it holds up. Also, the height adjustment lever for the rear wheels was twisted so that it was in constant contact with the rear wheels. I took it apart and straightened, but can't imagine most people would tolerate these issues. Despite my willingness to remedy these somewhat small issues, am very disappointed with Sears shipping. Imagine that IF I make similar purchases from Sears in the future, I would do a store pick-up and check all items before leaving the store,
