Good light duty machine
Have used this to wash treated lumber, concrete and vinyl siding. Works OK but takes time to do the job because of the limited power. This is fine for me as this washer will just be for occassional use. Engine runs smoothly - my only complaint is that the pressure hose kinks easily.

Cheap parts...
Purchased and assembled today. The plastic portion that holds the spray tips, hide and attachments is held on with flimsy plastic clips that failed on assembly. Very poor design, look elsewhere...

A poor substitute

I needed a pressure washer quickly, and Sears was out of the model with a Honda engine. The salesman suggested this model. While it did the job, the soap pickup only worked for about ten minutes then stopped forever. The engine began leaking oil the second day. The Briggs & Stratton engine starts easily but it is incredibly noisy (wear earplugs!). Overall, a disappointing buy. I'm returning it and waiting for the Honda engine model.

started right up out of the box

Set up instructions were simple. Started on the first pull! Could have a better system to store the sprayer and the hose. The middle power was strong enough to clean my deck. Although it comes with the hose connections for a detergent bottle, Craftsman doesn't supply one?!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
meets the stated gpm/psi ratings!

Please don't take stars away in your review calling a unit 'underpowered' if you simply bought a machine too small for your task! This machine works great. Over 20 hours of operation during 8 uses so far. Washed siding, sidewalk, and wood decking so far. Handles the jobs adequately! The engine starts with 1 pull every time. Does not shut off until out of gas. The tips supplied are great, and the soap attachment offers a good pre-soak option.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
