      Craftsmen tool storage combo
This product is built with quality workmenship. It is sleek and sits high in smaller spaces. The drawers are impressive and pull smoothly. It makes it easy to organize all your tools, and you have the option to line the drawers with either pre-fit liners or a roll you cut to size.

Poor quality, poorly packed, bendable sides!
I say 'bendable sides' in my review headline like it's a good thing. It's not. Trust me. I gave this item a chance despite the other reviews showing that the toolbox had a tendency to get mangled in shipping. This is (expectantly) exactly what happened! The bottom, front, back, and corners were dented badly. Bolts were sticking out from their sockets. There were random nuts rattling around in the box. I tried to straighten out one of the bent flanges on the bottom of the toolbox and was surprised by how malleable the metal was! It bent with only a few pounds of force from my hand. This toolbox is supposed to handle 150lbs of weight? Yeah right. It would crumple onto itself and implode into a black hole and my neighbors would be ticked off. Anyways. Don't buy it. Get a real Craftsman that has thick metal and doesn't have a tendency to implode and stuff. Implosions are dangerous. Also, the toolbox is pretty small. The picture is pretty misleading. Also. Don't get it.

      cheap

I knew not to expect much at this price but this is nothing like Craftsman quality of yesteryear. no direction or info on how to lock the drawers shut on the top and no lock at all on the bottom. metal is thin as foil and the casters are a joke.

      Very disappointed

I purchased this combo, and after waiting about a month for it to be delivered to the store, I opened and return the item the same day. I was first surprised how very small the unit was, and then I was quickly disappointed to find that it was severely damaged in transit. The metal is very thin in flimsy, and about half of the unit was mangled beyond repair. The drawers that still functioned did not slide smoothly. All in all, I would recommend avoiding this product even for light home use. The folks at my local Sears were great with handling the return. Before taking this back to the store, I purchased a top and bottom tool chest online for store pickup, and the guy who brought them out started opening the boxes to inspect the new items before I could even ask if I could take a look at condition before bringing them home. Despite the low rating I'm giving this item, I'd give the staff five stars.

It came with the back banged up it had been dropped hard and its made so cheap the thin metal just bent to ****, the bottom plate was so bent it took an hour to try it get it stright enough to get the wheels on. Not happy, I should have known better you buy cheap and that what you get cheap, am not going to use it I will give it to some kid since its only a toy anyway, don't spent your hard earned money on this junk.

      China junk

If you want chinese junk you'd be better off buying from HF than sears. It says made in China right on the box, which doesn't say craftsman on it anywhere. The lower tool chest does have a craftsman sticker (which is crooked). It came dented because the metal is extremely thin. The ball bearing drawers feel just like regular slide drawers so they figured out a cheap way to do the ball bearings that isn't effective. All the the wheels swivel but none lock. These are not what you'd expect if you are ordering Craftsman tool chests.

      Craftsman 22&#34 Tool Storage Combo

Product is good for small household usages. Got what I needed and expected. Bolts stripped on wheels. Kind of on the cheap side. Overall worth the money!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
