..Good Blower.. bad Instructions..
I tried starting this blower as per two sets of instructions, 'quick start instructions' and 'manuals instructions'. One says don't pull more than 3 times and the other says don't pull more than 6 times in full choke and half choke. These instructions had me 'frustrated' as it would take many pulls before it 'finally started' in the 'Run position'. I played around with the starting until I found the right combination. As follows: 2 pulls in full choke - 2 pulls in half choke and one or two pulls in run. It always started for me in the run position (not half choke). So it's 4 to 6 pulls (total) to start this 'bad boy' and then it works well. Another pleaseant surprise is that this '2 stroke' machine does not smell or send off smelly fumes as other 2 stroke machines (grass trimmer or blower) that I've owned. So far, this blower 'burns the fuel very efficiently'. I used to want to take a shower after using all of those other 2 strokes that I've owned in the past.

Don't bother
when new, hard to start...now will not start. Took it to my mechanic friend and changed the plug and fresh gas and oil mixture...did not start for him...he explained the plug was not getting enough power from the magneto....to fix would be more than it's worth

This is my second one of these blowers. After just 6 months it stops starting. The first one the compression rings were the problem and this one will be going back tomorrow!!!

Lasts 2 yrs

Decent blower for 2 years and then it breaks. Bought 2 of these units and they BOTH broke right after warranty. Doesn't last long enough for the cost.

Mickey mouse nozzle.

It comes with a bad blower nozzle. I had to use the one from my old Crafstman backpack blower. Now it works great.

Unless your mechanically savvy don't buy it.

This Blower motor floods easily when cold. Right out of the box I followed instructions and it would not start. I removed the spark plug tested for spark couldn't seem to find any but dried plug and reinserted plug and wire and tried several times and it finally started with the throttle open. Next time same scenario unit was not left in a cold garage. Do not push the bulb 6 times before starting when cold. If I paid full price for the unit I would return it for a refund.
