Of coarse it has only one set of swivels. If all swiveled you could not push it to the job site without wrecking. The person who wrote that review has never used a tool box other than to keep Twinkies in it. I want anudder one .When is sears Christmas sale starting?

This is the base of a set I bought maybe 2 years ago. My only big gripe is the size of the second drawer from the top. Why is it so short? I have metric sockets in there and they fit fine, but it's just a bit odd that it's not the same size as the top drawer. Anyway, other than that it's a good piece, great drawer slides and it's durable, it's moved across the country with me twice and it's still working great.
