I have owned this product for 3 years and after the first year (did the winterizing), it wouldn't start. Under warranty, brought it to the Sears service center and came back 3 weeks later with a failed carberator and something wrong with the pump. Used it last year no problems and winterized it again, now it won't start even by spraying starter fluid in the spark cylinder. There is no choke on this model- which I think is a major problem. I wouldn't buy another Sear pressure washer after this experience.

This is the first pressure washer I have owner. But, I have used it twice and I like it a lot.

Put machine to work as soon as i brought it home. Washed the deck, outdoor chairs, brick steps and then washed the house. This pressure washer cranked right up and had PLENTY of power. Only had to add gas twice so i'd say the tank holds a good amount of gas considering how much i used it in one day. Another great product from Craftsman that i am proud to own.

I bought a reconditioned presure washer and its works better than i had hoped . I did not buy the extra warrenty , but i am thinking of going back an getting it , Apx. cost is $100.00 but it might be worth it if you need to repair it later ...

Recommendations I read were not good but that hasn't been my expereince. I've never owned a pressure washer so have little past experience to draw on. However, after about 10 hours of use over 2 days I've encountered many of the scenarios in other reviews and my experience has been great. I've cleaned my trex deck, 500 sq feet of concrete, my car and the painted wood trim on my windows. The different nozzles allow for variable pressure so I'm not ripping the paint off of my house. I ran out of gas twice and after refilling the tank it started right up on the first pull. I got exactly what I was expecting and am very pleased with the purchase.

I have used this power washer to clean concrete patio blocks which had dirt and some moss growing in shaded areas and it did fine. Compared to an electric at half the power, this does make a difference in speed and power. I have also used it to clean outside furniture and a vinyl fence, which it cleaned well, but it is so powerful it blows alot of the dirt & leaves around the base creating more areas to clean off. I have not used the soap accessory but it does have to be purchased separately. I'm not sure why they give an accessory to hold the bottle to the handle but not a plastic bottle which might cost them 50 cents. Overall, it is a decent machine and I do like the easy start. I would recommend it.

I used this power washer three or four times and the pump blew. It was still under warranty but sears has had 6 weeks and they still haven't fixed it. Repair shop keeps asking for $227.00. Neither Sears nor Craftsman is honoring the warranty so far.

Owned this washer for a little over two years. Used it 3 times, during the third time it just stopped spraying and almost stalled, no doesn't work at all. Of course this was about 2 months out of warranty.
