This machine looked sturdy in the store. However when I filled the tank with gas, half of it leaked out the bottom of the tank. I was not giving this machine another chance after seeing that issue. I promptly returned it to the store for a refund.

it came unassembled the swivel on the chute didn't work had a hard time trying to get a new blower or a mechanic to come out told I would have to bring to repair shop still don't have a replacement(2/26/13) del scheduled for 2/24 cancelled becuase of impending storm that didn't materialize I did get the bill but I don't have a snow blower that works

I bought this right after the blizzard of 2013. My small craftsman finally died after 27 years. This new machine went threw 30 inches of snow with no problem.
