Almost Perfect.......Almost

One cosmetic blemish on the 1 5/16 -1 1/4 wrench. It couldn't happen on a small cheaper wrench. Fast shipping, good communication, and great value.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall

loose wrenches

We purchased this set for a gift but when it came it was all just loose and rattling around in the box. There was no case to put them in to store. The website said 15-20% discount but when we compared to the retail store, the set was cheaper. I signed up for another 10% craftsman tool discount and there was no where on the website to get my discount. I called customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes and told her about the problem but nothing was done.
