Craftsman 18 in. Flex Handle, 3/4 in. Drive

The big dog!  When all else fails and adding a hunk of pipe just won't cut it then grab one of these!  We do some work on diesel engines and this large drive is a must.  It has even come in handy when trying to spin a 351C by hand!

Quality has diminished
I recently brought an 18 inch breaker bar back for replacement that I had for a number of years. The new replacement was of horrible construction the detent notches were not even cut into the flex head only one was complete. What happened to Craftsmen? Sad

Serves it's purpose, well constructed.

This flex handle 3/4 drive socket handle does just what is designed to do. Does a good job of holding onto the sockets and makes simple loosening and tightening of large nuts easy.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

I question how good the quality these are now.

I thought I was buying a tool that was made in USA but it was made somewhere else. I have used the made in USA Craftsman hand tools for decades and know they have had a good track record but I am not sure how good these are because they were made elsewhere. When I realized where it was made I tried to exchange it for a USA version but they were discontinued. Another effort was made to check several local stores for remaining USA inventory and the Sears Customer Support person lied and said a store about 40 miles away had the USA version in stock. After wasting my time and gasoline to buy a USA version the store only had the offshore version. Needless to say I did not buy it and my confidence in Sears has been lowered again. Since then I have found a USA version elsewhere and plan to buy it elsewhere because Sears will not sell them anymore. When I assembled my tool set I wanted all of it to be made in USA. If and when my USA tools break I dread having them replaced.

Great handle

I have quite a few ratchets and breaker handles. I have some of the big name, tool truck versions and some Craftsman as well. I keep coming back to Craftsman, especially when I can get items on sale. This handle is a brute - built tough, able to take on the tough jobs. It may not cost what the big names cost, but it works just fine for my work and IT WAS ON SALE!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Craftsman 18 in. Flex Handle, 3/4 in. Drive breaks free anything

Best breaker bar I ever owned. I use this hand tool anytime I need more reach and strength then I can get from my standerd 1/2 in. ratchet. Can only say one thing bad about this hand tool, It does not fit well in to my truck tool box because of the length.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Not what they use to be.

Okay I was a craftsman fan boy for many years.  I have owned them for over twenty years and thought I would never need to step up into the more expensive brands but I was wrong.  My tools were recently stolen and I needed to buy everything brandnew.  Well I ordered them online and when they came home I was not impressed.  I just used my 3/4 flex handle to loosen some lug nuts on my pick up and sure enough on the third lug nut this fell apart.  I am looking at all the tools here and they do not compare to my old ones.  I am going to try to get my money back on them if not give them away.  You were my favorite tool company but now even with your warrenty I do not want them.  Change your name to ********...
