The metric side of the scale is wrong
They messed up the metric (newton meters) side of the scale. Example: if you torque something to 35 ft lbs = 47.5 Nm, if you line up the pointer on 35 ftlbs, the pointer is lined up to about 55Nm.

not enough for my job

returned it before even leaving the store because it was not enough torque for the job I was doing. picked up the larger size ( 1/2 inch) and that worked just fine.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

basic torque wrench

the scale is off just a little, that's a problem if the fastener you are tightening does not have a range and has to be exact.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Simple but very effective.

I prefer the beam type torque wrench because you can see how much torque you are applying.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Inexpensive torque wrench

It's not fancy and but it gets the job done for purpose of measuring torque in two units. Plus the manual comes with a conversion guide for alternate torque units such as in/lbs to ft/lbs among others.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
Lack of quality. Chinese made

Bought this and the 1/2" model 47714. Both are Chinese made now. Beams on each one were off 5-10 pounds off zero. No white hash mark either on the pointer end, just a raised line that is hard to see. Not impressed and will be taken back for refund.
