Warranty is Still The Best in The Business
I returned a 3/8 ratchet that was probably 20 years old that the release button was broken on. They were out of that model so they exchanged for this one, no questions asked. No hassel, I was in and out. I came home and finished my project with this new ratchet. They are made in China now, which is kind of a downer. But I honestly can't tell the difference in the ratcheting action and this one seems every bit as tough as the other one. I got a great tool with what is The Best warranty. You can have your tool truck tools. I want something that lasts 20 years and they replace it over the counter the day it wears out. Thanks Craftsman!

      Not made in USA anymore
Had this ratchet along with the 1/2 drive one and loved them, both made in America. Then I go to get both of them for work and look on the tool and dont see USA anywhere so check the back of the package and it says made in china. Not a frequent shopper at sears anymore.

      Excellent rachet

Very good quality and super useful length for higher torque applications. Should also not this has a fine tooth ratchet head.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      swivel head needs redesign

its not as bad as the 1/2 flex one, but the swivel head is a lot more clumsy it moves very easily and it doesn't lock. its a good looking ratchet with leverage it could use less degrees to engage the next tooth. it could also be great if it could flex at different angles rather than just 3.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      Nice Long Handle

I needed a socket wrench with a long handle. I have more 3/8" sockets than any other size, so this looked to be the best option for my money. It's steel and guaranteed for life. What more could you ask for.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      will get another one soon

always need a ratchet with a flex head for various projects and never know when you'll need one, so its a good tool to have in your collection. i'll get another one soon, but a half inch for larger sockets. quick release is a bonus feature.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Best 3/8 Flex Ratchet on the market

I've had this model ratchet for over 30 years in the automotive business. Recently lost it, I immediately went to Sears to buy a replacement! There are other ratchets out there that have a finer toothed head... But smaller teeth means less strength! The detents for the flex head are very strong and hold the head and a socket in position... I love this ratchet!!!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      Great ratchet

We needed something that had a longer handle for more torque on our nuts and bolts. This is being used for a professional application and we are happy to know that it will perform as described every time we pick it up!!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great in hard to reach spots!

Great ratchet indeed! If you've got spot you can't reach this is the ratchet you'll need. The head flex's both ways give you more options of angle to reach bolts in hard or tight places.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      Can't go wrong

I like to have a few 3/8 ratchets around the house in case I need a back up for work. When this went on sale I jumped right on it. The long handle adds great leverage for tight rusty bolts.

      flexible tools are the best

I needed to get into some tighter places and this was the way to go. Shorter swing between clicks for tight spots to be able to ratchet and long enough for some leverage.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
