I have found this flex head ratchet to be of good (typical Craftsman) quality. I also own the 1/2 in. drive as a result. I highly suggest this purchase being well worth-while to anyone that cares to listen up.

Kinda bummed that it's no longer American to match the rest of my Craftsman tools, but the built quality is still excellent, ratcheting feel is indistinguishable from my other pre-import ratches. The combination of flex head and long handle easily makes this my favorite tool out of my entire toolbox.

Very disappointed that I found made in china on the package. If I wanted china tools I would have went to a store that sells china tools. I wanted made in USA. Quality looks good but still not happy.

This is a great 3/8" drive ratchet. Nothing like a flex head to give you that little extra control for getting into tight areas. Stock up on Craftsman hand tools now. Craftsman is America's last great hope we have to ensure a quality affordable American made tool. Don't buy junk! Pay the few extra bucks and get a Craftsman, it will keep you from filling the local landfill with broken cheap tools.

This ratchet simply has more balls than the standard length 3/8" drive ratchet with the added flexibility of a Flex Head.... Two words: Spark Plugs!!!! This tool is great for the extra reach, leverage and flexibility... I've rarely used my standard ratchet since picking up this tool. In case you haven't noticed by now, NEVER BUY IN STORE.
