This is a handy little ratchet for tight spots. The fact that you can reverse the drive with your thumb makes it good for adjustment if you are driving more than one fastener in a template or manifold. And it's Craftsman! this is my second one - to replace the first tool that wouldn't hold the lock anymore, but it took ten years to wear out.

OK - I know - This tool set looks like a gimmicky tool. I thought so too, the first time I saw it in the tool aisle. After a little reflection, however, I decided that in order to have my collection as complete as possible I needed to buy it. I am glad I did! Within a week after bringing the set home, I was working on my son's go-cart engine and this ratcheting screwdriver was exactly what I needed. Could I have finished the job without this tool? Probably, who could ever fault a guy for finding a new reason to buy another tool. Remember quality work requires quality tools!

This screwdriver is a lifesaver. I had to get into a really tight spot between the cabinet face and the sink to attach a door pull. I had already drilled the hole in our brand new kitchen cabinets. I don't know what I would have done if Craftsman hadn't created this tool.

I needed to get at a screw in an odd location and these Craftsman ratcheting screwdrivers were the only thing that could do it. They are well made and work fine. My only complaint is that the ratcheting mechanism is very loose - you have to make sure there's enough room to swing the handle to catch the next tooth. Other than that, they work well.

I purchased this ratcheting screwdriver for a specific fastener on my car. I had a right angle screwdriver but could not apply enough torque on it so I got this ratcheting mode. It got the job done. I took off one star because the direction change switch is easily hit while in use. I had to be extra careful to avoid touching it while turning.

This screwdriver "saved" me. I had to get into a really tight spot between the cabinet face and the sink to attach a door pull. I had already drilled the hole in our brand new kitchen cabinets. I don't know what I would have done if Craftsman/Sears hadn't created this tool. Thank You.

We didn't realized that not all offset wrenches are the same. So we couoldn't use this for what we intended to use it for but it works well on other projects.

I HAD a Snap-On version of this. When I saw this one I had to have it. It works great for removing fender liners and instrument clusters. Every auto enthusiast should have it.
