Craftsman 3 pc. Pliers Set, Mini Box-Joint

This is a great little set of pliers, specialy when on sale. I use these pliers for doing small electronic projects requireing a fine pointed needle nose plier. They work well for this kind of application. The insulated handles have a nice grip feature to them. They are also spring loaded so they are automatically open. I have found that the long nose are just right for setting the hands on my old ships clock. I now find that I will need to buy a seperate one just to keep by the clock in my office.

3 pc. plier set isn't worth it

They are Craftsman Professional pliers and I was incredibly disappointed when I saw that these are made in China. They just don't have the build quality I've come to expect from Craftsman tools. Also, the gold lettering down the sides of the molded grips has mostly worn off and it's only been about a month.

If I had wanted cheap Chinese pliers, I could have gotten them at a much cheaper price elsewhere.

Compact and Portable

It is trade show season for our industry and many of us share tools around the trade floor. These tools fit the bill for creative repairs and assembly. Small size makes them easy to add to the extra items brought along. Cutters are sharp and quality is reliable.

Good quality tools to add to my tool kit. I had the option to purchase a ready made tool kit for $50 or less but I chose to purchase quality craftsman tools.
