    Good value

Like another reviewer said, it would be nice to buy individual holders or sets in the same size.  None-the-less I needed a few each so I bought three sets and filled each one and still need more!  I love the fact that I can keep my sockets from rolling all over the place and keep them in order according to size.  That sure does reduce the time I spend looking for a particular socket!

The old ones were metal and while they worked well they did rust on me, not an issue with these.

    No Additional Studs
Although this item is plastic, it looks to be very tough. It's annoying, though, that, contrary to what it says on the package, additional studs are NOT available. There are only 10 studs on the 1/4" and 3/8" racks and 8 on the 1/2" rack. I filled the 1/4" rack with a set of small deep sockets, and fully 1/2 of the rack is empty. This is a waste of space. I "chatted" with a Sears Rep and they couldn't find the studs, either.

3-pack of socket rails - sturdy and good quality.

I am usually not a fan of socket rails but they are handy to keep the socket organized and easily accessible. Unlike the metal holders (which have Sharp metal clips which can cut skin easily), the plastic type is easier on the hands. It's easy to pull off the sockets but they are not so loose as to simply fall off. I bought these after seeing a Matco SKTRL type of holder, which I really like. The Sears rails are the comparable (if not identical) to the matco in both design and strength. They even use the same studs. But the Craftsman holders are much more affordable. These plastic rails are about 13" long and can hold quite a few socket but I agree with other reviewers, that they should come with a few more 'studs' (especially the 1/4" size) so you fill up the rail. I took the advice of another review and bought a whole extra set of 3-pack rails just to get more studs. That ended up being less costly than buying separate 5-pack of studs.

    socket holders

These are great except for the little clip that holds the socket holders on the rail. one of them broke off but sear replaced it for me. They hold the sockets well and are great for keeping your sockets in order.

    Sturdy.

These racks are light-weight and sturdy. Plenty of room to add more socket clips if wanted. Color-coded rails for Standard and Metric.

    Great quality...a little pricey

This socket holder set is a great investment, if you dont mind paying the extra money over other socket holders (4 stars because of the price). It holds the sockets in place well as there are spring loaded ball bearing locks on each of the clip pieces. This is an advantage over the other holders as the sockets tend to fall off more easily. The holders also have two mounting holes where I was able to put it up on my peg board.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

    Better Than Metal Socket Holder

I just replaced all my metal Craftsman socket holders with these newer plastic ones because after 20+ years in a unheated garage they rusted. My only complaint is that Sears does not supply you with enough socket clips 8 for 1/2" and 10 for 1/4 & 3/8". They are easier attach and remove than the metal holders and 1/4" deep sockets don't fall off like the metal holder. I took one star off because Sears is stingy with in clips.

    Organizing....

The rails are stiff and the sockets stay put. Gray rails for metric sockets can be handy to have! You can mix and match studs sizes on the rail. Best use is to sockets from your drawer onto one or more rails and put into your 'go box' when you take your tools with you to the salvage yard or to a repair somewhere away from your shop. Great help for organizing my drawer. I like the firm grip on the socket. I have a couple other brands, and my sockets are always falling off them, especially the heavy 1/2" sockets. These are better. I also like that these are flat on the bottom, so I can connect deep sockets and let them stand upright in my drawer. I can grab a whole row and carry them around. I got all three sizes to organize extra sockets, second sets, and the miscellaneous deep sockets I have. Buy the extra slider/holders when you get the rack. .

    Necessary Organizational Tool

I was looking to organize my toolbox, everytime I take my toolbox somewhere my sockets roll around in the drawers and I can never find anything. This tool holds the sockets in order and in place.

    Does exactly what it said.

This holds most of my sockets. I said most because it doesn't have enough holders so you're sucked back in needed to buy more.

    Finally organized

I bought a tool set from Sears and knew that I needed socket holders for the hundred+ sockets that were in the box. These are very durable plastic. I bought replacement/additional studs so that I could fit like sockets on the same holder. Worked great.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
