This bar is fine for pulling big nails, but not like the old bars that could also grab and pull smaller nails. The V is not sharpen like old bars to even get smaller nails. You have to put this tool down and get a good hammer for them.

When I first got this tool I was skeptical. My old buddy from my previous workplace had toss it over a fence to my and told me I'd need it. Mostly used it for the next few minutes to break open crate and such. Later I found its true purpose. A headcrab lunged at me when I wasn't expecting it and I instinctively swung my crowbar at it. The effect was satisfying, the headcrab was knocked back and it died immediately. As a previous employee of Black Mesa, I would definitely recommend this product.

very useful and durable tool for working on your boat dock. can lift up planks with ease. pull nails. useful for bending bent post or knocking somthing straight. It is a good investment at the price. every dock box should have one. makes repairs speedy.

Listen, this is a basic wrecking bar made of some really strong steel and it will flat out break loose a deck board! I bought this today to get us rocking on a deck demolition job so that, with any luck, when the City of St Peters, MO decides to give us the permits and go ahead, we will build our new deck! Until then the old 10X12 deck has to come down and this is why I bought the Craftsman 30 in. Gooseneck Bar! Talk about a back saver!
