This wrench set comes with a handy case to keep them in place and not mis-placed. I purchased this set because it contains up to 1" Standard and 20mm Metric wrenches which most sets will not contain these sizes. It also has a small wrench set contined within a plastic pouch.

This is the way that wrench sets should be. The only thing that I wished that it would of included is 3 more larger size wrenches in each of the sae and metric.

Purchased both in metric and SAE. These wrenches are great and come with a good case where they can be access and stored at both. Other craftsman sets don't come with the nice case which is a good bonus for having a large set of wrenches you can take with you and store them all in.

I was a Sears tonight and there are now these sets that are made in China. I guess it's just a matter of time before all Craftsman Tools are made in China. More American JOBS down the drain it's a sad day. I've bought Craftsman Tools for years because they were MADE IN THE USA. They still have a lot of the US sets in inventory so if you been thinking about getting a set you might want to buy them now.

The wrenches seem to be the usual high qauality product you expect from Craftsman hand tools. However, if your thinking of buying this set and storeing/transporting them in the case ... something I wanted to do, think again. Simply put, the case is horrible. A case only needs to do two simple things: 1) keep the tools from falling out, and 2) protect them a bit from the elements, dirt, ect. This case can't do either. The first time you pick it up by the handle, the wrenches all start moving about, and the smaller ones start slipping out from the open ends.. Give it a shake and you have a total mess. In addition to allowing the wrenches out, all the openings allow water, dirt, ect. in. I have older craftsman wrench sets with solid cases that still work great. All the wrenches are held firmly in place, all enclosed and protected. Apparently someone tried to save 10 cents worth of plastic and we got this mess.

The bottom line is that there is nothing but quality with this set. Frankly it has just enough polish to make it nice, without it being slippery. Somewhat of a textured finish otherwise so it is easy on the hands when you have to pull hard. Frankly I was pleasantly surprised that there were a bunch of little wrenches too. I bought it because the large size wrenches included a 1inch and 20mm. So who knew I would get that surprise at such an affordable price point for a U.S. made product.

I bought this wrench set becuase of the good quality materiel they use. And the lieftime warrenty on all craftsman products. I will be useing this on my truck, auto, boat, lawnlmower and any other project around the house. And I don't have to barrow it from my friends and family any more.
