I purchased 16 of these in assorted colors for my basement shop. the ballast went out on 25% of them before the bulbs went out. It is nearly impossible to find a replacement ballast. I called all of the local supply stores, tried to call the manufacturer of the ballast and even went to the Sears Parts Department, Even Sears can not get parts for an item manufactured for them. So it looks like I spent a small fortune on a pile of scrap metal. Bulbs are hard to replace because of the tight space, Screwdriver is required to install or remove the bulbs and screws were easily stripped out. This was the final straw I will never buy craftsman tools again even though my shop is fully stocked with craftsman products. Too many problems with them and nearly impossible to get satisfaction. Good bye Craftsman and Sears.

I read a lot of reveiws on products before I buy, I notice the one review that was negative has been deleted and not all are very accurate so I went forward and purchsed three of these lights. They are made in China and a real piece of junk for the price. One arrived and the Ballast did not work and one other was not even put together but I did have one that worked out of the three. Stay away from this light, why Craftsman would even put there name on it is beyond me and then try and get help from Sears, transferred 7 times and finally gave up.. Junk, junk, junk

This is the second bench light I have ordered for my shop, and it was damaged in shipment. I contacted the service dept and the agent had the whole thing strightened out in a very short time. A new light was on the way and and the damaged unit picked up at my home and shipped back for free. Excellent products and backed up by outstanding service. I will keep on buying from Sears for all my needs.
