Overall, others give this:
These are really easy to install and make perfect holes. I have used these to make a hole on my garage wall. There are four different sizes and it comes with the bit needed to hook up to the drill.

This is an awesome set for starters like me. It contains the basic sizes that are, I believe, needed around the house most of the time. I did need a set like this one for a project in my house and I was not disappointed !
I was looking into getting a variety of hole saws to help with passing cords through an entertainment center and various other projects around the house. This combo set makes that all possible. Blades are sharp, no issues at all.
Overall solid set with varying sizes for small around the house uses. I utilized two of the different sizes this weekend in putting holes in my deck to run tubing underneath for a hot tub. I would definitely recommend these.
I have used many of these hole saws in the past and have either torqued them off their spindle or burned them up during the sawing process. However, this carbon steel set worked perfectly. Word of caution, you still need to be take breaks and let the hole saw cool down between cuts, else you can still burn them out and dull the saw prematurely.
Here are some more details on this item, as the current description is quite lacking. There are 4 hole saws included, with sizes being: 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4", and 2-1/8". Strangely enough, there isn't one listed as 2"! However, there is a fifth piece that is included with the set which is the quick shank change madrel, the part that is inserted into your drill / driver. This is important as if you don't have one already, you won't be able to use the hole saws. This is why I chose this all-in-one kit as opposed to the individual hole saws by Dewalt, available for purchase at Sears, as Dewalt did not include a mandrel.
I bought a used desk for my office and wanted to make a hole to run cables for computer monitor, keyboard and mouse to the desktop (placed on the floor under the desk). I had never made large holes like 1" or 1.5" before and was concerned about my skills especially on a nice table. However, this hole saw made it a breeze. I used a hand-drill (12v Lithium-ion) that had enough power. Nice neat clean hole that I then filled with a desk grommet. Very sharp and easy to use for a novice like me.
This tool has enabled me to make clean holes for electrical and speaker wiring in my daughter's fine furniture bookshelves, my wife's kitchen cabinets and my workshop storage units. The range of sizes helps to keep the hole size to a practical minimum for various requirements. The quality of the holes is excellent, and they appear to have been made by the manufacturer.
