Open End Ratcheting Wrench Set

This is one of those sets that really looked like a great idea but in using it they are really odd.  After a bit of use they become easier to wield and then they are one of the first wrenches I go for on many jobs!  I love them!

MADE IN CHINA JUNK,But charging USA labor prices
I bought these tools and then realized that they were made in China. These wrenches should cost about 7.99. They are useless.I used to love Craftsman tools for the simple fact that most of their products were quality made in the USA.I did not mind paying a little more for a US made tool.I am an Ironworker an sometimes my life depends on a tool.I o not and will not trust my life on a tool made in CHINA when I am on a beam 20 floors up in the air.Thank you for the years of great American made tools,But you have lost another loyal costumer until you start making Tools in the USA again.************** has cheap tools if I wanted them.

I love these wrenches.....

These wrenches are awesome, once you get the hang of the ratcheting portion of the wrenches. These are great in tight quarters where you cannot get a socket and ratchet into. These work extremely well, with flange nuts on copper tubing, brake lines, fuel lines and many more places that a conventional wrench doesn't get to, too well.... I bought the SAE and the metric sets of these wrenches and use them in my shop quite regularly....

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Works great

Very convenient, especially in very tight spaces where a closed end wrench may not fit. The convenience of ratcheting is wonderful.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

best wrenches ever!

Nobody can beat a craftsman wrench. I love them so much because they are all American made products. All of my Craftsman tools have been around for so long. i use them to fix bikes, motors, machinery, etc. They are made to last. I would ALWAYS recommend Craftsman tools over any brand.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

I wish this had better quality

The design of the wrenches are great but I compared this to my Craftsman polish set of normal wrenches and it's poor quality. The imprints of the Craftsman logo did not get polished after so the edges are quite rough. These are hand tools and feel has a lot to do with how I rate them. One star off because the ratcheting wrenches do slip sometimes which could lead you to bust some knuckles. Becareful using this on high torque applications. I took another star off because this is made in China. I know Sears has to save itself from bankruptcy but as a long time Craftsman buyer, I may consider another source. I don't mind paying more for better quality.

Useful set

I was on a job where I had to use the open end of the wrench, but it was taking forever so I decided to get these. I got both the standard and metric. I was disappointed they were made in Taiwan, but they seem good quality. Unfortunately I couldn't use them for the job I was on because they are too thick. A slightly thinner wall would be nice. One thing I hate about the sets like this with a certain number of sizes is that in the same sets in metric, some sizes are redundant. I don't know the solution though, I know if I was getting only one, I wouldn't want them to leave out those, but getting both, I've found myself wanting a different size but not sure they even sell them.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great gift

I recently purchased for my father on his birthday. I have personally used a few times and i gotta say they a quite handy in tight spaces. He also seems to enjoy this set. I plan on purchasing more of these sets to give away as gifts... and add to my toolbox as well...
