Been wanting to try these out. Price was right, caught them on sale. Only problem is (until I build the coordination), have to take a little time to think about which direction the bolt is going to go as you put the wrench on. Nice high polish, but made in China. I buy Craftsman tools not only because of the reputation and warranty, but they USED to be made in the U.S.A. The plastic holder holds the 3 smaller wrenches well for hanging on a pegboard, but not the largest wrench.

Very convenient, especially in very tight spaces where a closed end wrench may not fit. The convenience of ratcheting is wonderful.

I had always thought of wrenches like this. They are here and are great. Thanks.

I was hoping this tool would be like finding the Holy Grail; however, I'm still searching. The problem is there's too much friction for it to truly be a "ratcheting" wrench. Instead of ratcheting, it just twists the bolt back and forth and you get nowhere. The bolt must be almost completely set for the ratcheting to work; but if you get that far, why switch tools?

I did not even know they made such a think. I always though, man, I wish they had a ratched open end. Well, I finally saw these. I am shade tree mechanic who like to work on old Mercedes and I have used these with great success a couple of times.

I use these wrenches on my import automobile. With all the hoses, gadgets, and doo-dahs everywhere, space is limited. With these open end ratcheting wrenches, things are a lot easier. I was skepital at first, but these are the real deal.

Craftsman 4 pc. Metric Open End Ratcheting Wrench Set was on sale and I have a small engine repair shop and thought that these could help me a great deal in the shop. So I ordered me a set. I promptly received my order in five days and opened them up at the shop and put them to work. There has always been spots where I couldn't use my box end ratcheting wrenches and a standard opened end wrench was just taking way too long in some of the tight spots that I see out in my shop. I gave these wrenches a try and they seem to ratchet pretty nice and sure came in handy removing a metal fuel line on an older fuel pump. I didn't have to worry about the tubing since my new wrenches are open ended and the ratcheting made it a lot quicker to remove the fuel line as compared to the past. there is a small learning curve when you first get these, but I quickly overcame that curve and went straight to work. This set comes with four separate wrenches and has two separate sizes on each wrench, one different size for each end. This gives you a total of eight different sizes with the set. The sizes are: 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 19mm. This set comes with the Craftsman's famous lifetime warranty. One other quick plus that I have came up on already, is taking off four wheeler bodies. some of the fasteners are in very tight spaces and extremely close to the frame and was almost impossible to get anything but an opened end wrench but due to limited space, it took forever to remove a fastener along the frame. With my new set of Craftsman ratcheting wrenches, that 10mm was perfect. I have not used these a whole lot just yet as they are still new, but I know they will see some regular action in my shop. I will update my review as I put more mileage on these..
