Overall

Good quality at a very good price

I needed a 1/4 inch roundover bit for a home job and could get this entire set ofr four for only slightly more. The quality is not the very highest, but plenty good enough for most things. (I used it on walnut with no problems.) The little wood box is nice because it gives you a ready made safe storage means. I also got an 8 piece Sears set of still different router bits (also in a wood box) that was at such a low sales price that it was only a little more than the 4 piece set. 12 bits total for less than the price of 3 individual ones. That's a super value.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall

Excellent value

This is a nice set of roundover bits. The bearings offer smooth motion, and the cutting edges leave a very nice finish, even in soft woods.

I seldom recommend "sets" of router bits, as you usually end up with one or two useful pieces and several dust gatherers. Roundovers, however, are good to have in a range of sizes.

Undersize bearings (for beading) are not included, nor are they offered optionally.

Overall

Craftsman router bits made very smooth cuts.

I used two of these round over bits on a poplar table top and achieved very accurate, smooth cuts requiring very little sanding. I only needed two of the bits but purchased the set because the price was less than it would have been for two individual pieces.

I gave the 4 stars due to the price of these carbide bits and the fine, firsts cuts.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
